Boost Your Immune System
Take some Vitamin Supplements, food rich in Vitamin C and a healthy diet in order to boost your immunity. If your immune system is strong it will surely help you fight against any infections.
Maintain Social Distancing
If because of some work you have to go out, maintain social distancing while travelling or in a grocery store or anywhere you happen to be. A minimum of one arm distance is what you should consider between yourself and the other people around you.
If you have a history of travel to any of the COVID 19 affected places, as asked by the government, serve a mandatory 14 day quarantine.
