  • Wash Your Hands 

This is the number 1 safety measure and probably the most easiest to follow. Washing your hands with soap from time to time for at least 20 seconds is the best way to prevent the infection.   • Stay At Home

  • Get Yourself Checked 

If you have flu-like symptoms strictly avoid going out, take all the precautions like wearing a mask, washing hands or using sanitizer. If the symptoms persist go to your general physician and get yourself checked without any further delay.

  • Boost Your Immune System 

Take some Vitamin Supplements, food rich in Vitamin C and a healthy diet in order to boost your immunity. If your immune system is strong it will surely help you fight against any infections.

  • Maintain Social Distancing 

If because of some work you have to go out, maintain social distancing while travelling or in a grocery store or anywhere you happen to be. A minimum of one arm distance is what you should consider between yourself and the other people around you.

  • Serve Quarantine
